“Anglo-Indian” originally referred to British colonials residing in India

Influenced by the Portuguese, British, Dutch and French, Anglo-Indians incorporated many herbs and sources that grew around them developing their own cuisines that are delicious. Most of these spices can be found at Indian By Nature.

Indian by Nature samples nostalgia as our master chefs pay tribute to Anglo-Indian Cuisine of the British Raj – a witness to the unique, delectable cuisine born of the fusion between the British & Indian worlds.

We don’t just offer fine dining and excellent cuisine, but of course compliment it all with a list of refined world wines, beers and spirits, topping it with an extensive collection of distinctive Gins.
